We guarantee our products for manufacturing quality and warrant that our packing system will protect them in transit. We will issue a credit or remake damaged mats at our discretion when advised of damage or defect within 10 days of receipt.
Shipping delays in transit are, however, beyond our control and should be addressed by the individual carrier involved. We will not accept returns or issue credits for merchandise delayed after leaving our facility.
Custom cut mats are not returnable
If we have shipped you the wrong item, we will at our discretion reship the correct item freight free or credit your credit card for the item.
If you wish to return any stock item not shipped in error, there is a 25% restocking fee. Your credit card will be credited for the net amount not including freight. PLEASE NOTE: MATS ARE EXTREMELY PERISHABLE. Because packing is so difficult for mats, many returns are damaged in transit. Returns not received in perfect condition will not receive a credit.
Returns without authorization will be refused. All returns must be requested within 30 days of shipping date.
