Incorrect Shipping Address Policy

UPS charges $11.00 for incorrect address correction. This fee and any other storage, return shipment, or other UPS fees will be charged to payment method used for original transaction.

Cancellation\Change Policy

Orders cancelled after submitting order will incur a 5%(minimum $5.00) fee. Requests to combine orders after submitting will incur a 3%(minimum $5.00) fee. Orders cannot be cancelled or changed if they have been cut.

Return Policy

Shipping delays in transit are beyond our control and should be addressed by the individual carrier involved. We will not accept returns or issue credits for merchandise delayed after leaving our facility.

All of our mats, both Standard and Custom, are cut to order and are not returnable other than for the reasons noted below.

We guarantee our products for manufacturing quality and warrant that our packing system will protect them in transit. We will issue a credit or remake damaged mats at our discretion when advised of damage or defect within 15 days of receipt.
